Physical Changes

What is a Physical Change You Ask?
A physical change is any change NOT involving a change in the substance's chemical identity. For example, water remains water, no matter if it solid, liquid or gas.
To show Physical Change in an Object we made OOBLECK!!
Oobleck is a non-Newtonian fluid; it has properties of both liquids and solids. You can slowly dip your hand into it like a liquid, but if you squeeze the oobleck or punch it, it will feel solid.
Materials needed to make Oobleck:
1.5 to 2 cups of Corn Starch
3/4 to 1 cup Water
Any food Coloring of your choice (Optional)
Put the Corn Starch in a bowl and slowly mix in water until it has a thick gooey texture.
*If it looks really watery add more corn starch to it.

Is It a Liquid or a Soild.. or both?!
If you put Oobleck in your hand it will be a soild, but then drip and become a liquid and if you try to punch it it will be as hard as a rock!!
As you can see the Oobleck is very hard to get out of the bowl with the spoon
