Beautycounter
November News
Hi Team!
I just finished listening to a Director's call and wanted to share with you some things that I learned.
If you haven't yet booked a Social With A Mission yet, it's a great time to reach out to those who are really into our mission and want to help Lead the Change with getting our beauty industry regulated. Remember, a social doesn't have to be a lot of people. 2-3 people is all you need, and booking one this week is totally do-able.
Our new training system has launched! If you haven't had the time to go through some of the training modules, I recommend you do. I'm learning so much by reading through the different topics. We can all use some helpful hints on how to make our businesses more successful, right?
Don't spend too much time though in front of your computer this month. Why?? Because it is one of the busiest months of the year for us. Getting out and spreading the word on Beautycounter will make a difference in your paycheck. Especially with the fabulous holiday collection and the eye shadow promo and the free lip gloss promo with the purchase of the Scarlet Lip Sheer.
I just received a good tip on saving people's order confirmations (you get in your inbox), and referring back to them when a promo they may be interested in comes out. For example: If someone has purchased a scarlet lip sheer in the past, it's a great time to reach back out to them and tell them that if they purchase one this week, they will get a free lip gloss.
There will be a BLACK FRIDAY promo coming out! (even though they wouldn't tell what it is yet) That would be a great day to have a social as well. People are going to shop, it may as well be with YOU in a relaxed setting, instead of Walmart, right?
Follow up is SO important for your business. It's much easier to keep a customer than get new ones. I do the 2/2/2 system:
2 days after the sale or social I send 1st time customers a hand written note. Everyone else I send a text or email thanking them.
2 weeks later I call them to see if they are happy with the products. Another thing you can do is send a video showing ways they can use the product they bought. This is good customer service, especially if they forgot the many ways they can use the Cleansing Balm, etc...
2 months later I check in to see if they are ready to reorder more product because they should be running out by now.
Leadership Summit is coming up February 26-28. This is a our only company wide sales conference of the year and a great opportunity to learn more about the company, the mission, products. Meet Gregg, Mia, Christy and Steve and learn more about how to make your business successful. Early bird registration ends November 30th for the discounted rate of $250. I was told that the meetings start early on the 26th, so you'll want to come in the afternoon of the 25th and leave Sunday morning the 28th. I'm going and would love to see you all there!
