2021-2022 Prairie PTO Interest Survey
The Prairie PTO is encouraged that next year will be an exciting year at Prairie Middle School and hopeful all PTO programming will be back. In order to make these programs successful we need your help. We encourage anyone interested in helping plan and run PTO events to fill-out the short survey below by Wednesday, April 7th to let us know your interests. Middle School PTO commitments are often much smaller than elementary school, so if you've ever thought about it or weren't able to volunteer in the past, this is your year! Any questions, please feel free to reach out at prairieptopresident@gmail.com at any time.
Please click here complete the volunteer interest survey using the following link:
All respondents will be contacted by the nominating committee.
Prairie PTO Bylaws Update
A Letter From The Prairie PTO Executive Board
Dear Prairie Middle School Families,
Your Prairie PTO plans and financially supports many incredible programs and Prairie traditions that impact ALL students at all grade levels. We recognize that this is an unprecedented year, however the PTO is still striving to give back to the Prairie community in whatever way is possible. This includes showing appreciation for our teachers, helping to fund Snowflake for our students, and looking for ways to welcome our 6th graders and recognize our 8th graders.
A sincere Thank You to all that have supported the PTO this year by paying PTO Dues.
Unfortunately, to date we are $3725 - 150 families - short of our budget goal for the school year. If you have not done so already, please take a minute to pay your dues to help ensure the PTO can continue to provide programs and experiences to the Prairie community.
You can pay your $25 PTO dues by clicking here and logging in to the IC Parent Portal. Choose ‘School Store’ from the menu bar on the top left. Click on ‘Shop’ for Prairie Middle School and you will find both Prairie PTO 2020 – 2021 Dues and Prairie PTO No Stress Fundraiser.
Donations in any denomination can be made by choosing Prairie PTO No Stress Fundraiser. Any amount that is raised over our budgeted needs will be used in collaboration with Mr. Lobbins to fund Prairie’s “Wish List”, which currently includes plans for an outdoor classroom.
Respectfully,
The 20-21 Prairie PTO Executive Board
