I-students' Newsletter
A publication by the Office of International Affairs
Hello international students!
In this last issue we are going to share some exciting events that have happened on campus in the past few weeks, as well as other exciting events to come. We hope you have fun reading and hopefully attending future activities on or off campus!

International Food Festival and Contest
CMU International Expo
Some tables had fun activities for attendees to get involved too. For example, the Palestine/Jordan table had some post it notes inviting the guests to share memories of their visit to those countries. If they hadn't, they were invited to learn more at the tables. Another table (El Salvador) had easter eggs with surprise gifts inside. The gifts were mostly crafts or decorations.
At the end of the event, a group of Saudi, Indian and some American students began to spontaneously dance to the catchy rhythms of Middle Eastern and Indian music. It was great to see how music and dancing help bring together people from all sorts of backgrounds.
