Thursdays in the Gym
(outside if weather permits)
Alternating between 8:30am and 1:30pm
Starting Next Thursday 4/25 @ 1:30pm
Donation Based (no minimums) with a portion of all donations going to Vista Volunteers.

Youth Well Parent Resources
YouthWell has ongoing in-person, virtual, and hybrid SUPPORT GROUPS for PARENTS & TEACHERS! Parents can learn more and register on youthwell.org/groups. Check out the Community Calendar to learn about groups being offered by other organizations or to learn about upcoming youth mental health first aid trainings.
PARENT CONNECT drop-in group for parents of children, ages 12-25, navigating a mental health challenge. Learn skills to effectively and compassionately support your child struggling with any type of mental health challenge while also setting boundaries, supporting siblings, and managing your own self-care.

FAMILY TOOLS drop-in for parents with children ages 10-18. Skills-building group to strengthen parent-child relationships and improve communication. Learn strategies to recognize your parenting strengths, how to manage stress, and how to handle parenting during conflict.
- Wednesdays - 5:00PM - HYBRID [In-person in Santa Barbara or via Zoom]
[weekly: Apr 10, 17, 24 -- May 1, 18, 15, 22, 29]
FAMILY TOOLS+ drop-in for parents with children ages 5-18. Focus on specific needs of parents raising neurodiverse youth: emotional regulation, time management, building relationships with teachers/schools. Address the day to day challenges of parenting, ideas for strengthening family connections, and how to prioritize your own self-care and wellness while learning tips from other parents.

LAUNCHWELL drop-in group for parents with children ages 18-25. For parents of young adults who are navigating the college years as well as this time of transition as a parent. Discuss topics related to launching young adults to college, vocational programs, jobs, and independent living. Focused on strengthening parent-child relationships, setting boundaries, and improving communication.

TEACHER PEER SUPPORT GROUP for teachers to connect, share challenges, and learn strategies for building trusting relationships with students and get support.

Updated COVID Guidance
Please remember we have tests if you need them. We have had a student in TK/K, 1/2, and 3/4 test positive.
The infectious period for when someone is
contagious 24 hours following symptom onset.
There is no infectious period if someone tested
positive without symptoms.
Isolation:
Positive cases with symptoms must isolate for 24
hours from symptom onset (Day 1 is the day after
symptom onset).
Positive cases without symptoms do not have to
isolate.
Positive cases may return after 24 hours if
symptoms are mild and resolving, and they have
been fever-free for 24 hours without
medication.
All positive cases (with or without symptoms)
must mask indoors through the end of Day 10
from the date of symptom onset or date of
positive test if there are no symptoms. (Day 1 is
the date following symptom onset or positive test
