Prepare Yourself
The midnight hour is at hand!
Time is Short
My dear friends,
I don’t normally use my Millennial Glory email list, or my personal email list very often to communicate what’s on my mind, but my heart has been pricked and I now I know, I must. This e-flier is my attempt to communicate to you. Please, continue to read....
The stock market is very volatile, our government has demonstrated multiple moments of questionable behavior, and economies all over the world are teetering. All the clues indicate there is a global hand moving our world in concert, just as Revelation, chapter 13 states it will[1]. The beast will move to “rescue the world” from economic and political chaos through a one world economy[2] as powerful kings, or nations unite to bring about evil will to control all through a socialist machine[3]. It’s all happening according to prophecy. We are on the cusp of what the Christian world calls, “The Tribulation”[4].
So you know this. …I know that you do because you have reached out to me for various reasons. Now, I reach out to you. Please take note to the words said here as well as send it to as many people you feel impressed you should…. I’ll be writing a weekly email for a while until I feel the topics I must write about, and warn my friends and neighbors about, are covered. It is the least I can do for my Savior in my effort to do my part as he has asked, for time—our relative, mortal time—is short.

Notes:
[1] “And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea” (Revelation 13:1) This statement indicates John sees a vision of a political machine with the vicious, carnivorous and beastly attributes. It rises out of the sea which is symbolic of political/social chaos.
[2] “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name” (Revelation 13:16-17). In this verse we see that the “solution” of the global political system is to seize control of all the economies of the world which includes all walks of life to create a one world economy. The amount of control this government will wield will be economically absolute.
[3] “And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns” (Revelation 13:1). Seven heads refers to Rome, or an arch type of Babylon. Babylon was a worldly, wicked political entity, such that will exist also in the last days, but will fill the earth with its presence. Horns represent power. Crowns represent political positions, meaning the political machine will be made up of a portion of powerful countries with powerful heads of state whom all move together at the beckoning of the “beast.”
[4] “The tribulation” comes from Matthew 24:29: “Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken” We are entering that time which occurs before devastation is unleashed upon the earth.
But, it is not yet....
As I travel to lecture about preparedness topics, the last days, and because I’m an intensive care nurse, health, I receive the same question over and over again, “of all the things to prepare, what do you think is the most urgent?” To this question I always say, “Look to the prophet and the scriptures. They have already told us… we are to prepare ourselves--in every needful thing” (D&C 88:119). To this answer, many people nod, while others look perplexed. To those who are perplexed, the answer is not specific enough.
So, now, let me explain more clearly.
Most people think of food, skills or money etc. when they think about preparing for the last days, but I’m getting the impression that time for that is nearly past. We are moving into the next era—it’s an era of looking at the individual souls now. We are in a state of emergency, of intense missionary work, of lengthening our stride to do miraculous work through social media, webinars, genealogy work, emails like this one, as we bend time to call to as many that can be saved as the last moments tick away. It’s like there is a hungry fire threatening to consume us and we’re grabbing every man woman and child who will come, to leave the building. It’s that urgent.
But as I say time is short, it is not yet. Why is it not yet? Because in D&C 77:8-9[1], it is clear that destruction will happen on the LORD’S timeline, not ours. Yes, we’ll see the signs. Yes, we’ll feel the urgency and we will not be wrong, but again, the Lord decides when everything is to occur. Our job is to listen, prepare, warn, teach, and train for the battle ahead[2]. We are being given borrowed time as our weak and young ones[3] go out to preach to all the world in the biggest missionary force there ever has been on this planet. Right now, the angels of destruction are being held back for that purpose—a missionary purpose, among the converted as well as the non-converted. When the world rejects their glad message, that’s when God, our Father and his Son will preach their own sermons through destruction[4].

Notes:
[1] D&C section 77 comprise of questions asked by Joseph Smith concerning parts of the book of Revelation in which he received direct answers from the Lord. These questions and answers give us clues to why the Lord’s hand seems to be held back, allowing wickedness to prosper:
“Q. What are we to understand by the four angels, spoken of in the 7th chapter and 1st verse of Revelation?
“A. We are to understand that they are four angels sent forth from God, to whom is given power over the four parts of the earth, to save life and to destroy; these are they who have the everlasting gospel to commit to every nation, kindred, tongue, and people; having power to shut up the heavens, to seal up unto life, or to cast down to the regions of darkness.(D&C 77:8)
The number 4 is symbolic of the whole. The angels are watching over the whole earth—4 corners of the earth--with the mission and the charge to carry out fate or the protection of various people of the earth. Within the everlasting gospel is the key to protection and those who accept and live the principles throughout the world will have their lives “sealed up” in the last days. This is why we’ve had an urgent push for missionary work. We must find and protect all who might choose righteousness. Wickedness is growing causing our time to reach the masses to be shortened.
“Q. What are we to understand by the angel ascending from the east, Revelation 7th chapter and 2nd verse?
“A. We are to understand that the angel ascending from the east is he to whom is given the seal of the living God over the twelve tribes of Israel; wherefore, he crieth unto the four angels having the everlasting gospel, saying: Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads. And, if you will receive it, this is Elias which was to come to gather together the tribes of Israel and restore all things” (D&C 77:9).
As you can see in the verse above, all righteous who have been adopted into the 12 tribes of Israel will be “sealed” and given God’s, protected from the destruction of the last days. Until this sealing occurs, destruction will be held back.
Who is the angel ascending from the east? It is John the Beloved!
“From the teaching in verses 9 and 14 (of D&C 77) one cannot help concluding (1) that John the Revelator has a commission to gather together the tribes of Israel and (2) that he is the Elias who, as it is written, must come and restore all things. If these conclusions are correct … then we are driven to a third conclusion, namely, that John the Revelator is the angel ascending from the east as related in Rev. 7: 2” (Sidney B. Sperry, Doctrine and Covenants Compendium, p. 367).
[2] “And I give unto you a commandment that you shall teach one another the doctrine of the kingdom. Teach ye diligently and my grace shall attend you, that you may be instructed more perfectly in theory, in principle, in doctrine, in the law of the gospel, in all things that pertain unto the kingdom of God, that are expedient for you to understand; Of things both in heaven and in the earth, and under the earth; things which have been, things which are, things which must shortly come to pass; things which are at home, things which are abroad; the wars and the perplexities of the nations, and the judgments which are on the land; and a knowledge also of countries and of kingdoms—That ye may be prepared in all things when I shall send you again to magnify the calling whereunto I have called you, and the mission with which I have commissioned you.” (D&C 88 77-80).
[3] Our young missionary force are the “weak things” called to confound the mighty:
“But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty” (1 Corinthians 1:27).
[4] “And after your testimony cometh wrath and indignation upon the people. For after your testimony cometh the testimony of earthquakes, that shall cause groaning in the midst of her, and men shall fall upon the ground and shall not be able to stand. And also cometh the testimony of the voice of thunderings, and the voice of lightnings, and the voice of tempests, and the voice of the waves of the sea heaving themselves beyond their bounds” (D&C 88:88-90).
A righteous army will arise out of the dust
Now for what’s about to happen to America; it is about to be cleansed and purged, readied for the return of the lost 10 tribes[1]. This is a separate event from the destruction that will lay waste upon the world. This will be our battle[2]. It will be intense. It will be personal. This will be the event we, as American Latter-day Saints have been preparing for. It will not be easy. To survive we’ll need to look to each other for strength, to pull together as a Zion community[3]. Many will look up into the heavens and say, “Where for art thou Lord? Where is thy hiding place?”[4] and God may hide his face from us for a little moment as we learn the lessons of great beings who also had to endure moments of confused loneliness only to discover their true greatness[5]. This time will be a purifying fire that will cause the righteous to be ready and have the seal the Lord be placed in their forehead—for he will have an army of righteous mortals rise form the dust of this nation—righteous, tried mortals who have proven their love and allegiance to the Father, over all. Who will those people be? It could be you. It could be me! It’s up to us! We decide. We decide if we will be a part of the army or not…then, when we have been sealed, the arm of destruction will fall on this earth. That time is coming, but not yet.

[1] "And now I am prepared to say by the authority of Jesus Christ, that not many years shall pass away before the United States shall present such a scene of bloodshed as has not a parallel in the history of our nation; pestilence, hail, famine, and earthquake will sweep the wicked of this generation from off the face of the land, to open and prepare the way for the return of the lost tribes of Israel from the north country." (Joseph Smith, History of the Church, Vol. 1, p. 315-316).
[2] "Behold, vengeance cometh speedily upon the inhabitants of the earth, a day of wrath, a day of burning, a day of desolation, of weeping, of mourning, and of lamentation; and as a whirlwind it shall come upon all the face of the earth, saith the Lord. And upon my house shall it begin, and from my house shall it go forth, saith the Lord; First among those among you, saith the Lord, who have professed to know my name and have not known me, and have blasphemed against me in the midst of my house, saith the Lord." (D&C 112:24-27).
[3] “And it [Zion] shall be called the New Jerusalem, a land of peace, a city of refuge, a place of safety for the saints of the Most High God; And the glory of the Lord shall be there, and the terror of the Lord also shall be there, insomuch that the wicked will not come unto it, and it shall be called Zion. And it shall come to pass among the wicked, that every man that will not take his sword against his neighbor must needs flee unto Zion for safety. And there shall be gathered unto it out of every nation under heaven; and it shall be the only people that shall not be at war one with another.” (D&C 45 66-69).
[4] Joseph Smith cried out in jail, looking for the protection of the Lord.
“O God, where art thou? And where is the pavilion that covereth thy hiding place?
(D&C 121:1)
[5] “For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many to the glory of God. ...For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.” (2 Corinthians 4:15-18).
The 10 virgins
Right now we’re in a small time of reprieve. It’s a sigh of a moment where all heaven waits for the next order for advancement. It’s a time of looking within and asking, “Am I ready? Is my neighbor ready? Are my children ready? Is my ward ready?” Internally, physically, mentally, emotionally, are we all ready?
The parable of the 10 virgins tells us that ½ of the righteous, the endowed, the called and chosen, will not be ready[1]. Why? They will have heard the call, read the books, listened to conference. They will have felt the swellings, known they should have moved to action, but for some reason or another, they will not have enough oil to get through the “tribulation” and they will be left knocking at the door.
The oil described in the scriptures could be many things and is the subject of my emails that will be coming to you for a short time. I pray that you will open your mind and heart to my desire to do my part and not only read the words, but think about them and share them with those of all faiths. The more we can reach, the more that may awaken and take these last moments to prepare internally for what is to come.

[1] The words of Spencer W. Kimball
“I believe that the Ten Virgins represent the people of the Church of Jesus Christ and not the rank and file of the world. All of the virgins, wise and foolish, had accepted the invitation to the wedding supper; they had knowledge of the program and had been warned of the important day to come. They were not the gentiles or the heathens or the pagans, nor were they necessarily corrupt and reprobate, but they were knowing people who were foolishly unprepared for the vital happenings that were to affect their eternal lives. They had the saving, exalting gospel, but it had not been made the center of their lives. They knew the way but gave only a small measure of loyalty and devotion. I ask you: What value is a car without an engine, a cup without water, a table without food, a lamp without oil? Rushing for their lamps to light their way through the blackness, half of them found them empty. They had cheated themselves. They were fools, these five unprepared virgins. Apparently, the bridegroom had tarried for reasons that were sufficient and good. Time had passed, and he had not come. They had heard of his coming for so long, so many times, that the statement seemingly became meaningless to them. Would he ever come? So long had it been since they began expecting him that they were rationalizing that he would never appear. Perhaps it was a myth. Hundreds of thousands of us today are in this position. Confidence has been dulled and patience worn thin. It is so hard to wait and be prepared always. But we cannot allow ourselves to slumber. The Lord has given us this parable as a special warning. At midnight, the vital cry was made, "Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him." Then all the virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. Even the foolish ones trimmed their lamps, but their oil was used up and they had none to refill the lamps. They hastened to make up for lost time. Now, too late, they were becoming conscious of the tragedy of unpreparedness. They had been taught. They had been warned all their lives. At midnight! Precisely at the darkest hour, when least expected, the bridegroom came. When the world is full of tribulation and help is needed, but it seems the time must be past and hope is vain, then Christ will come. The midnights of life are the times when heaven comes to offer its joy for man's weariness. But when the cry sounds, there is no time for preparation. The lamps then make patterns of joy on the hillside, and the procession moves on toward the house of banqueting, and those without lamps or oil are left in darkness. When they have belatedly sought to fulfill the requirements and finally reach the hall, the door is shut. In the daytime, wise and unwise seemed alike; midnight is the time of test and judgment—and of offered gladness. (Spencer W. Kimball, Faith Precedes the Miracle, pg. 253-254).
A call to awaken
I wish to encourage, empower and educate all who will listen in the ways of survival, from the mind of a Critical Care Nurse, the mind of a researcher as well as an apocalyptic author. My hope is that of a yearning mother, or a devoted care taker. I reach out to you, my dear friends.
Until next week…
God be with you till we meet again.
Sincerely,
