Senior Walk is at 8:15 A.M. All Seniors are asked to come to the gymnasium in their caps and gowns for our traditional school goodbye. Seniors will walk through the School Support Center and each campus. Upon completion of the walk, they will attend the final pep rally in our gymnasium as a send-off. This usually concludes for Seniors about 10:00 A.M., and they are released for the day. Some seniors will be leaving immediately for the senior trip. Students only will enter through the front doors. (All guests will enter through the rear gym doors.)
- Doors for our guests will open promptly at 5:30 P.M.
Please bring your cap, blue and white tassel, and gown to wear over your clothing for the ceremony.
Graduates are asked to dress in slacks or dresses with appropriate footwear. Flip flops, shorts, jeans, or other casual wear will result in the graduate not participating in the ceremony.
Graduates will be allotted 12 tickets per family for seating. All attendees aside from lap infants will require a ticket for entry. (Additional ticket information below.)
Caps and Gowns
Graduation Caps may be decorated as long as the design is pre-approved by Mrs. Perea. This is due no later than Monday, May 13. Decorations may not exceed the borders of the cap or project from it in any direction.
Your tassel must be the blue/white tassel.
Only school-issued cords/stoles are permitted.
No additional regalia without pre-approval. All non-approved regalia will be removed and returned after the ceremony, this includes leis, stoles, etc.
Graduation Behavior
We expect our students to respect the graduation ceremony. Any behavior which distracts from the graduation ceremony (which includes inappropriate noise makers (air horns), clothing, inflatables, or behavior) will not be tolerated. If we have inappropriate behavior during the ceremony, you will be pulled from graduation and will not walk with the class.
