Important Expectations For a Successful School Year
- Get lots of sleep!
- Come prepared with your supplies and materials!
- Be patient :)
- If you bring a water bottle it MUST be clear or translucent with ONLY water.
- Please remember to adhere to the school dress code.
- Do not bring gum to school. We do not allow you to chew gum while in school.
- Cell phones may be used while waiting in the commons before school but must be turned off when dismissed for the day and put in lockers.
- Take home and bring back big binder and computer every day
- Charge computer every night
- Get excited!!!! 6th grade is the BEST year! We look forward to meeting you and getting to know you throughout the year!!

Evidence Quizzes are multiple choice. Students have been practicing the correct form of a quote.
Important Information:
1. Students who are absent are responsible to come in during morning tutoring to get updated on any work missed and set up dates for make up assignments/ test/quizzes.
2.Weekly Agenda is a projection of what will be done in class. The work done/discussed in class as well as the Homework is determined based on the students's/group's needs.
3. Please ask your student about what we do in science class each day, Students are expected to come to class prepared by bringing science workbook, pencils, highlighters, binder, and charged computer.
All science assessments from NGSS standards will be graded on a proficiency scale (a rubric).
Students who are absent are responsible for coming in during Morning Help. Morning Help will be available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:25-7:40 for students to get extra help or work on missing assignments. The library is also available in the mornings for students wanting to work before school.
