A message from Holly Bevilacqua, COO
Hello and Happy Spring to all! It is so nice to know that we have some sunshine and warmer weather is peaking its way through! As many of you are aware, Carelot has remained open in order to offer care to many of our First Responders and Essential workers. We have been keeping our daily schedules as routine as possible for all of our "Littles." Please check out our Facebook page! We have been sharing classroom activities, things you can do at home and ideas for some family time!
As spring flowers begin to bloom and changes to the new season come into view, we are very excited to swing into spring with some exciting programs and educational activities for your children. Our Monthly theme is Spring is in the Air! The children will explore Flowers, Weather, Butterflies and Caterpillars, Our Earth, and a Rainbow of colors.
Our website is being updated monthly with Director’s News, Special events, employment opportunities, and PTO news. Check it out! We’ve been working on many improvements in our programs and thank all of our families and staff for their input! Make sure to submit an answer to our question of the month. This is one of the many ways we get our families and
staff to give their input!
Don't miss all the exciting events during the week of the young child! It's Music Monday, Tasty Tuesday, Work Together Wednesday, Artsy Thursday and Family Friday! Unfortunately, due to the Corona Virus- Our Ice cream social will only be for the children and staff in the centers. We can't wait to plan a family day once we are all in the clear and back to "normal" operations.
Just a few reminders:
If you have any changes to you address, phone number or employment, please send us an email so we can update your emergency information.
Our family referral program is a great way to earn tuition credits while sharing our wonderful centers and clubhouse program with family and friends. Ask your site manager how you can earn tuition credits!
Please make sure that you label all items that come into the center. Especially lunch items!
Please remember that we are not allowed to prep food for any meals. Please send in items for your children ready to be served. We are able to heat items in the microwave as long as they are ready to heat.
In hopes that the warmer weather will continue, please remember our policy on open toe shoes/sandals. Due to safety concerns, open toe sandals, jellies, or flip flops should not be worn. Please make sure shoes protect their feet and are safe for the playground.
Literacy is an important part of our daily curriculum!
Chalk art!
Celebrated Easter with our stuffed friends!
Question of the month: "WHAT FAMILY EVENT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE WHEN THE QUARANTINE IS OVER?"
The winner for March was KATHERINE WILSON from our CHAPLIN Center! She has won a $25 tuition credit which will be applies to her account. Thank you for submitting an answer to our March Question!
It's easy to win by just emailing us an answer! $25 tuition credit!

Thanks for helping us make our programs better! Without everyone’s input we are not able to effectively assess how our programs are doing! We appreciate you taking the time to help us assess our policies, procedures, curriculum and more!
