The Hungate Echo
Sherburn Hungate Weekly News - Spring Term 2 - Issue 2
A word from Mr Broom.
I also hope that you managed to take the time and play out with the children. I certainly did! The snow made for great sledging and dog walking.
Many have asked about the cancellation of events from this week and I'm pleased to inform you that we are:
- Having our World Book Day on Wednesday 7 March so the children (and staff) still get the chance to dress up!
- Rescheduling the EYFS Open Classroom's event to Wednesday 7 March.
- Rescheduling the football match with Barkston Ash for a time when the pitch is playable.
- Holding our Bring and Buy Sale on Friday 9 March.
- Rescheduling our NSPCC parent awareness course on E-Safety to 14 March (1400 to 1500).
Finally, let's hope that the snow clears away quickly so normality can return for next week. Enjoy the weekend.
