This quote is from Ophelia in Act IV, Scene V of Hamlet. This scene is after the meeting with Fortinbras, and before Ophelia exits, and Claudius speaks with Horatio. In this quote, Ophelia is lamenting over the king's death, and she is bidding everyone good night. The sorrowful tone helps the reader infer Ophelia's emotions. At first glance, it appears that Ophelia is simply bidding everyone good night; however, one can infer that with this quote Ophelia is coming to terms with the death of the king.
