Feedback Surveys Not Phishing
If you received an email from Survey Services (surveyservices@ia-sb.org) or from Tony VanderZyl (tvanderzyl@ia-sb.org), these are legitimate requests for feedback from a member of the WDMCS administration.
Please click the link in your email to complete the survey.
Please note: This instrument is intended to collect general feedback and is not intended as a reporting mechanism. If you have a concern or would like to file a complaint, please contact Human Resources or follow Board policies and procedures to do so. While the surveys are intended to be anonymous, the district reserves the right to investigate should a comment pose a security or safety concern for students or staff.
Calendar Changes? Contact SCR and Facilities!
If your building has any changes to events for the current school year, please contact School/Community Relations to update the WDMCS online calendar and Facility Use to update your space reservation.
Email scroffice@wdmcs.org and facilities@wdmcs.org with any additions, deletions, or updates. It is important to maintain accurate information about what is going on in your building so the correct spaces are reserved and media coverage can be planned.
Download the New WDMCS Smartphone App
WDMCS is excited to announce the launch of a districtwide smartphone app. The app allows users to select school(s) to follow and provides easy access to events, news, menus, student information, and more.
To download the free app, go to Google Play or the Apple Store on your phone and look up "West Des Moines Community Schools."
Check out the tutorial videos below. More features will be shared in the coming weeks.
