Reflections from Elder's Desk
We are Expecting Greatness in 2018…whatever we expect, we must inspect!
Since the beginning of January, administrators have been working through the requirements of T-TESS. Though the process is time consuming, we value the collaborative process in helping our teachers think about their pedagogy to improve instruction. In our observations, we noticed upbeat environments, passionate teachers, and students involved in learning. Thank you for setting the tone and designing experiences to enhance learning. As a campus, we will continue to analyze our instructional practices to help our students succeed and to help teachers grow professionally,
If you are scheduled to have a 45 minute evaluation, be sure you are knowledgeable of the T-TESS rubric and contact your appraiser with any questions that you may have. Your ratings for the four domains will be guided by the rubric. Later in the spring semester, you will upload your evidence through TalentEd portfolio (Domain IV).
**We have noticed an increase in our absences related to the flu virus. If you feel lethargic or sick, please take care of your needs, maintain proper nutrition and get adequate rest.**
