CANKTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Third and fourth-grade enrichment students at Cankton Elementary participated in various holiday-themed STEM challenge.
Students at Cankton Elementary exhibiting exceptional behavior in the first half of the school year participated in a PBIS party with pizza and music.

Students and faculty of East Elementary recently collected no-perishable items for the needy in the Eunice area. The school collected over 2,000 items. Pictured with Rotary member are students from Mrs. Brandy Rozas's third-grade class who brought in the most can goods.

KROTZ SPRINGS ELEMENTARY
Mrs. Williams 8th grade Journey to Career students at Krotz Springs Elementary celebrated their annual Career Day. This year, the emphasis was placed on first responders. Students had the opportunity to meet first responders from Krotz Springs Fire Department, MedExpress, and the Air Evac Lifeteam. Students also toured all emergency units on campus and learned about various trainings required in each field.

North Elementary Christmas Program -HUGE thank you to our Drama Club and participants.
Kabuki Dancers came to inspire our youth at North Elementary with poetry, dancing and acting to help bring awareness to the bullying issue in our schools. Our students got to share their stories and listen to others as they shared their own experiences.

South Street Elem. 4H students collected can goods for our first annual food drive. Donated foods were given to a South Street Family.

The following Sunset students were “CAUGHT SHOWING CHARACTER.” Lani D., Davonte G., Areiona A., Angel R., Kyla L., Janiya R., Marissa H., and Destiny W. were recognized and rewarded for showing CITIZENSHIP.
Sunset Middle School presents “The True Meaning of Christmas.” The annual Christmas program was held on Friday, December 14th in the school’s gymnasium.
Sunset Middle School’s PBIS Christmas Party was sponsored by Q95.5 Radio Station. Vinnie V. did an awesome job as D.J. Students who exhibited positive behavior were invited to attend.
7th and 8th-grade parents and grandparents were invited to a Christmas luncheon at Sunset Middle on Wednesday, December 13th. Special thanks to Mrs. Kathy Belson and the cafeteria staff for a great meal.
