You’re Invited: PTA Meetings

We hope you’ll join us for our first PTA meeting of the year on September 19th at 7 p.m.! Feel free to join in person or via Google Meets.

For those who come in person, we’ll spend the first 10 minutes socializing and having refreshments. The Wheaton Warrenville South High School Key Club will also run activities for kids in the gym while parents meet in the LLC.

Stay tuned for a more detailed agenda, but you can expect updates from officers, committee chairs and Mr. Callahan. We’ll also vote on the budget.

Madison families!


The kickoff for the Madison Fun Run is on Tuesday, September 13th, and our students and staff are so excited! We’re looking forward to having fun and building community together and helping fund teacher wish lists. Once again, our goal is to raise $27,000. Race day is September 22nd, and we can’t do this without your help!

Help Us 'Beautify' the School!

Help Us 'Beautify' the School!

Feel like spending a fun day outside with your neighbors AND making the school look great, too?! We are targeting Beautification Day for Saturday, September 17th from 9:30-11:30 a.m.


Beautification is a chance for students, parents, siblings, relatives and girl scouts to roll up their sleeves and help transform the Madison Elementary School grounds. Volunteers are needed to help plant flowers, trim trees and shrubs, pull leaves and weeds, clean up the grounds and more. Please bring labeled gardening tools and gloves. We could use electric leaf blowers and hedge trimmers, too!

Mark Your Calendars for Trivia Night!

Mark your calendars for Madison Elementary's fun, adults-only gathering and fundraiser! Registration to come in late September. Teams will be tables of 10 - you can either register with an existing team or it's a great chance to meet parents in your grade by signing up for a grade-level table!


HELP WANTED: Email mary.g.henderson@gmail.com or kate_sanders@hotmail.com if you'd like to join our committee and help plan a great event. We need you! Help behind the scenes with planning decorations and food, or donate your time day-of with setup, registrations and take-down. We'd love to meet some new people and get new Madison faces involved!


RAFFLE DONATIONS: Please reach out if you have any raffle prizes to donate! From event and sports games tickets, gold, gift certificates or any other exciting prizes to share, your generosity will held make this a successful fundraiser for Madison! Email kate_sanders@hotmail.com with details.
