Happy Last Day of School!
Thank you parents and students for your grace and patience as we all worked through a situation we have never been through before - with no "playbook".
Have a safe summer - we will be thinking of all of you!
More information about how school will look will be forthcoming as we get closer to that time.
Grades 9-11 Checkout Process
The following arrangements have been made for students to pick up personal belongings at their school and return any school-owned or teacher-owned property (library books, classroom books, activity equipment/uniforms, technology, etc.).
- May 26 (7-11 am): Students last name A-C
- May 26 (1-5 pm): Students last name D-G
- May 27 (7-11 am): Students last name H-L
- May 27 (1-5 pm): Students last name M-R
- May 28 (1-5 pm): Students last name S-Z
- May 29 (8-Noon): Make-up Day
It is recommended that parents/students wear their own personal masks and gloves if they are coming into a building. Staff that are assisting in the checkout process will wear masks and gloves.
One student and one adult is the maximum allowed for each visit if they have to enter the building.
Please enter through the main entrance at PCHS. From there, you will clean out your locker. If you need to turn in any uniforms, instruments, etc. you may do so. Classroom books will need to be turned into the South Gym. The librarians will be here to collect library books.
For parents who have not had the opportunity to complete online enrollment, we will have assistance available. If you need to sign up for online payment for lunch money, we will have information for Meals Plus.
There will be an opportunity for parents to pay fines and fees, should they choose. Payment for fines/fees will need to be in the form of a check or exact change to ensure a smoother process.
