A Message from Doug Hulmes
Monday, April 8, approximately 35 Norwegians from Sogn Folkehøgskule will be visiting the Prescott College campus about 3:30 to 4:30. This will be their tenth visit to Prescott. They do a three week tour of the Southwest every year, and visit Prescott at the end of their tour that includes rafting the San Juan, hiking in the Canyons of Southeast Utah and visiting the Grand Canyon. Several Prescott College students have worked with this group over the years because they hire guides from Deer Hill where many PC alumni have been employed. We visit Sogn Folkehøgskule in Norway during Explorations of Norway Nature and Culture, and they host us for several days at their school.

Message from Jonathan Best
Dear Students,
We are organizing a fundraiser for Prescott College music and art at the Raven Cafe on May Wednesday May 8th from 5 to 9. The Raven will be donating a percentage of sales from that period to a matching grant. We will also be selling art for the cause. I'm looking for students who wish to participate in various ways, including promoting and performing. Please email me at jonathan.best@prescott.edu if you are interested.
Also, the marketing department has asked for testimonials from students who have worked with me. This will be an important part in keeping music alive at the college.
