Titan Family Portal

Parents,

The Titan family portal, family.titank12.com has a new feature! Besides being able to put $ on your children’s lunch account, you can now set up spending limits! You can now choose to give your child a spending limit or give them a snack amount limit, meaning you can limit them to a number of snacks no matter the cost. Please see Titan’s information on this enhancement below:

Allow parents the ability to set up spending limits in their Family Portal account: This new feature allows parents to set up spending limits to their child(ren)’s account while logged into the family portal. This is feature is available for each student listed in the account. The parent will click on the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner of the child’s account. The menu has the option to Edit Spending Limits.

Spending limits can be set up by serving session, parents have the ability to choose the quantity they wish to limit or the dollar amount. The screen notifies parents the limits apply to non-reimbursable meals only.
