Graduation Ceremony Details
The 2022 LHS Graduation Ceremony will take place at the Cintas Center on the campus of Xavier University on Saturday, May 21st at 11am. Please see the Cintas Center 2022 Graduation Guidelines. Doors will open for guests at 9:30am. The ceremony will last approximately two hours.
Cintas Center policy requires that each guest ages 2 and up that is attending will require a "General Admission" ticket to enter. This will be a ticket to enter, however, seating will be "first come first serve". Please understand that this is based on guidance put forth by the Cintas Center. Tickets will be distributed to seniors on Tuesday, May 10th along with caps, gowns, cords, and important information for each graduate to take care of prior to graduation day. Each graduate will receive 20 tickets. If you do not need all 20 tickets feel free to give them to another family who needs more, or, if you would like, your student can return them here to the main office prior to graduation day so that they may be used by another family.
Please pay special attention to the Cintas Center's bag policy. "No bags, including camera bags, will be permitted except for clear bags and small clutch purses. No broadcast style cameras will be allowed in the arena. For more information and a list of prohibited and approved bags, please visit www.GoXavier.com/clearbag. ".
The Graduation Ceremony will be livestreamed. A link to the livestream will be provided prior to graduation.
ALL SENIORS (including Great Oaks) must attend the required meeting and rehearsal at Loveland High School on Wednesday, May 18 beginning at 8:30am. Students must be prompt. Any student not reporting on time may jeopardize his/her participation in the commencement ceremony. Students should not plan anything prior to 1pm on this day. If your student does not plan to participate in the ceremony, please let Beth Renner know.
More detailed information regarding commencement will be communicated as the date approaches.
