July Newsletter

New Goals for our O2 team!

Hi ladies! I have recently returned from O2's first O2 Conference and I learned a plethora of information and ideas! As I learned in one of the break out sessions, it's best to make a goal list and focus on just two of them every month. The first goal I have is to send out a monthly newsletter, so here it is!! Team BeHOOTiful's very first monthly team newsletter! I am super excited for this and I hope you enjoy it! The second goal will be to keep in contact with all my amazing designers at least once a month. If you are on my direct line, meaning, I am your direct mentor, you will be receiving an email from me, asking for a reply. I know we all live very busy lives and my goal is to keep in constant contact with you, doing it in a way that is most convenient to you!

Conference was amazing and over the next couple of months, I will be sharing and implementing information I learned. O2 designers need to gear up for a BUSY fall season with the new line that was unveiled this past weekend. The new products are amazing and will help us have guests returning over and over again!! The new products will also help each one of us keep full calendars. Start booking out for Sept-Oct-Nov-Dec. If you are wanting to participate in fall festivals, craft shows, and vendor events, start looking NOW! These events will book fast!

I know a few of you have been down with your summer sales. Please know, this is normal in direct sales. Do not get discouraged if your numbers are not as high as you have been used to. Keep spreading the word about Origami Owl. Families are out of town and therefore a lot of ladies do not want to hold jewelry bars during these months. I guarantee you, sales will increase in September! If you have zero jewelry bars on your calendar, get out your list of 62 (or start one if you don't already have one) and work your way down the list. If you don't know what this is, let me know and I will get you the handout!! Also, do not rely on emails, texts or fb messages. Calling is by FAR the BEST thing you can do to get jewelry bars booked. Trust me, calling is not my favorite thing to do, but in direct sales, it is necessary!!

As your mentor, I am here for you. If you need anything, whether you are my first line or my 5th line, please do not hesitate to contact me. My goal in this company is to be successful. In order to do this, we ALL have to be successful. We are only as strong as the weakest link.
