Seussical Week 2/26-3/1
Dr. Seuss was born in March, on the second day in fact.
This year we'll celebrate his birthday—for five days to be exact.
The first day we'll wear crazy socks. The next day we'll wear green.
There'll be a day for crazy hats and shirts from places we have seen.
The last day we will wear something stylish with a pocket
And something to put in there: a stuffed bear, a dog, or wocket!
With these special dress up days, we'll honor him
And read all the great stories he wrote on a whim!
Monday, February 26: Wear crazy socks and read Fox in Socks
Tuesday, February 27: Wear all green and read Green Eggs and Ham
Wednesday, February 28: Wear a hat and read Cat in the Hat
Thursday, March 1: Wear a shirt from a place you have visited (or hope to visit!) and read Oh, the Places You'll Go!
Friday, March 2: Wear something with pockets and bring your wocket (stuffed animal) and read There's a Wocket in my Pocket!
All Pro Dads Meeting Wednesday
Field Trip Friday!
