How to use the magnifier in Windows 7
Do you have trouble reading the small print on your computer? Do you want the ability to make portions of the screen larger? There are several ways to use the magnifier in Windows 7. The three sections below explain different ways to turn on the magnifier. Watch the magnifier.mp4 below for more detail.
Turn on the Magnifier using your mouse
Click the Start button, point to All Programs, point to Accessories and click, and then click Ease of Access folder.
Click Magnifier to open the Magnifier.
Turn on the Magnifier using your keyboard
Display the Start menu by pressing Ctrl+Esc (or the Windows logo key). Type magnifier. Then press Enter.
Turn on the Magnifier with the control panel
Click the Start button, click on the Control Panel, and then click Ease of Access. Click on Optimize Visual Display.
Click Magnifier to open the Magnifier

To get out of Magnifier, press Windows+Esc. Other techniques are shown in the MP4.
Students who are visually challenged may want to use the Magnifier to help them read online assignments.
