Meeting TOMORROW after School!

All who are interested in cross country (running and coaching), we will be meeting THIS Friday, September 6th after school. Practices will then begin on Monday the 9th after school and follow every Monday, Wednesday, Friday during the season. Practices are from 3:15 - 4:15 pm every Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. All student participants need to have a medical emergency information form completed and on file with the office before taking part in any practice or race. The meets are all at Mt. Tahoma High School in Tacoma. The meets will be Sept 22, Sept 29, and Oct 6th. The season is a short one with only 3 races!

All coaches and / or volunteers will need to satisfy all Safe Environment requirements before any contact with students participating in CYO activities.
