Why do we need water??

Water is one of the six types of nutrients needed to sustain life. Water makes up about 55 to 75% of the human body. People can live for about six weeks without food but only a few days without water.

The Need For Water

Water is part of every cell, tissue, and organ in your body. Without water in the right balance, body cells would die. Water is in blood, saliva, digestive juices, urine, and all other body fluids.
