The Scoop
Special Services Update - November 7, 2022
Communication, The Scoop & You!
I hope you all turned your clocks back and got that "extra" hour of sleep this weekend. In this month of Thanksgiving, I am thankful for a team of dedicated hard workers that are in this profession for the students and to be a #TISDGameChanger!
There may be a lot of information in the SCOOP that you are responsible for knowing. We want to limit all the separate group emails, so we condense most of our communication into this newletter for you and for easy reference to go back and find. Please be sure and read each edition of the Scoop carefully and let us know if you have any questions.
Have a great week!
~Keri
Recap of Last Issue:

- Let's celebrate our LSSPs this week!

School Psychology Awareness Week is THIS WEEK - November 7-11.
This week you can earn 2 points for:
1) Tweet that celebrates one or more of our TISD LSSPs (picture and #TISDGameChangers required)
2) Shout out (emailed to me with subject line SCOOP) or tweet that highlight the work that LSSPs do everyday (behavior support, SEL, evaluation, counseling, collaboration/consultation, etc.)
Student Support HUB
Melissa Lindeman shared a great way that she keeps all of her links to helpful documents in one location. We love the idea, added to it, and want to share it with everyone! Click here to get your own copy of a Student Support HUB that you can make your own! Thank you for the idea, Melissa!
Behavior Dashboard for Campuses
The behavior dashboard is updated weekly. A new resource has also been linked to the dashboard on the left side of the dashboard - video tutorial demonstrating how to calculate risk ratios. If campuses would like a copy of the formula sheet to do their own calculations, Ann can send the formula their way. Thank you Ann Le for creating this great resource!
Bowling Challenge Day - We Would Love your Help on Friday!!!
BOWLING CHALLENGE DAY at Tomball Bowl last Friday was a HUGE SUCCESS! We can't wait to do it again with secondary students this Friday!!!! Come see the kids in action. We could use your help!
