Anorexia
Anorexia is when a person starves themselves to lose weight
Effects- organ damage, digestive system damage, hormonal damage
Bulimia
Bulimia is when a person uses unhealthy ways to prevent weight gain such as laxative abuse or binge eating and forcing themselves to vomit.
Effects- acid erosion of teeth and esophagus, broken blood vessels in the eyes, loss of menstrual period.
Binge Eating
Binge Eating is when a person eats uncontrollably
Effects- Obesity or being overweight, anxiety, depression, low self esteem
