Message from the Principal

Hello i4Learning Families!

I hope you've had a relaxing and enjoyable summer, spending time with friends and family. During the summer months, i4Learning has gained several new staff members: Mrs. Bauer is our 5th Grade Teacher, Mr. Shriver is our Special Education Teacher, Mr. Erdmann is our School Psychologist and Mrs. Olson is returning to i4L in a new role as our Speech Pathologist!

We hope you can come in and meet all of our staff at our Open House which will take place August 26th from 4-6. This is a great time to bring in supplies, and meet staff members who will be working with your child.

I am so excited to begin our year together in my role as Principal! When I was interviewing for this position, I was asked the question: “Why do you want to work in the Kewaskum School District?”. I didn’t have to think for a moment. In my experience, the community members of this district want the best for the students of the district. The parents of this district advocate for their children and support the schools and staff. The staff members in these buildings honor and care about the children and families they interact with; often going-not the extra mile-but the extra marathon, to make sure each student receives the best possible education. And the kids, well, they are nothing short of extraordinary!

For the past 15 years I have taught at i4Learning/Wayne Elementary in the third through fifth grades. I could not be more proud to enter the next season in my career, as principal, in the Kewaskum School District at i4Learning and Farmington Elementary Schools. I look forward to working with you.

A little more about me: I am a mom to two boys, Alex (9yo) and Aaron (6yo). My husband and I seemed to spend all of June shuffling from one soccer game to the next, while July and August brought golf, t-ball, and a lot of time going on family adventures!
