Igneos rock
Igneous rock is one of the three main rock types, the others being sedimentary and metamorphic.Igneous rock is formed through the cooling and solidification of magma or lava.
Sedimentary rock
Sedimentary rocks are types of rock that are formed by the deposition of material at the Earth's surface and within bodies of water. Sedimentation is the collective name for processes that cause mineral and or organic particles to settle and accumulate or minerals to precipitate from a solution.
Metamorphic rock
Rock that was once one form of rock but has changed to another under the influence of heat, pressure, or some other agent without passing through a liquid phase.
Rhyolite
Rhyolite is an igneous rock. It is extrusive which means its formed outside a volcano. It has a fine texture and its crystal size is less then 1 mm. It is non vesicular. It has a lighter color and it has low density it also is felsic.
Postassium feldspar is 15%
Quartz is 56%
Plagioclase feldspar is 25%
Biotite is 10%
Amphibol is 10%
Conglomerate
Conglomerate is a sedimentary rock. it is inorganic. It is about the size of a pebble. It is mostly quartz and feldspar. It has rounded fragments.
Slate
Slate is a metamorphic rock.It is foliated. Its grain size is fine. Its composition is mica. It is regional. It is a low grade metamorphism of slate.
Rock Cycle
The rock cycle is the model showing how rocks change. There are two processes. The external process occur on earths surface. There is also the internal process occurs in earth .
