Early Learners Highlights
April 29, 2022
Dear Early Learners Families,
The sun is shining, the temperature warmed up - what a beautiful way to end our week!
For our Pre-K students who will be participating in the music concert this Wednesday. Please make sure to view information from Mr. Delgrosso by clicking here. Also, we will send additional information on graduation to all pre-k families early next week.
As you've seen in Dr. Faust's Friday Focus, South Park's Erin's Law presentation with students will take place on Monday, May 9th. Our Early Learners students will be participating in an age appropriate story led by our classroom teachers on this day. If you prefer that your child opt-out of this prevention education session, please email Dr. Faust or myself by Friday May 6. Please also feel free to reach out to Joanna Ford (firstname.lastname@example.org) directly with any questions or concerns.
Have a wonderful weekend,

What's Happening in Early Learners?
We can’t believe it is almost May!! This week we have started our Family and Mother’s Day unit. Students have been learning about different family make-ups in their classes. The children have been sharing a lot about their own families and different activities they enjoy doing together. Classes have also been focusing on what makes our moms, aunties, grandmas, and other significant grown-ups in their lives so special. Students have been working on some activities to celebrate those important people.
Our Early Learners have started their ABC Countdown Activities. Mrs. Gruenwald will be sharing our calendar week by week, so make sure you have taken a look at it. When the students come back on Monday it is “D/Dog/D” Dance Party Day. This is a nice way to review letter/letter sounds for our Pre-K students as well as informal letter introduction for our younger students. Have a great weekend!
