Canned Food Drive!

Our Eisenhower families and students have collected 1,765 cans to support the Kiwanis Food Drive!! We are so thankful for everyone who donated. Our Student Council worked to hard to collect, count and box all the food for families!

The classroom with the most cans collected is....

Mrs. Slapyznski's Class with 291! Congratulations and thank you for your donations. This class will be receiving a pizza party!

Second Step

As you know, in September we kicked of the Second Step Curriculum in all K-8 classes to further strengthen our social and emotional learning. Second Step offers weekly, age-appropriate virtual lessons for students to help them with a variety of social and emotional skills. These weekly lessons build on and support all of the great work we're doing at Ike to support our students. Combined with our school-wide restorative practices and consistent PBIS expectations, we are creating a firm Tier 1 foundation for supporting all of our students' social, emotional, and behavioral development.

This week, each grade-level will begin a new unit. Please view the grade-level home links below to learn more about what your child is learning and how to support them at home during the second unit of Second Step.

Winter Music Concert

The 4th, 5th and 6th grade students of Eisenhower Elementary will be having a vocal music winter program on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 7:00 pm in the Fraser High School Auditorium (Fraser Performing Arts Center).

On the evening of the program, students should be dressed in their best holiday attire, as this is a very special occasion. The fancier, the better! Students should arrive and assemble in the FHS choir room between 6:30- 6:45pm. It is not necessary to arrive earlier that 6:30pm as the doors to the auditorium and choir room do not open until that time.

We are so excited for this evening!
