Our front parking lot is reserved for our parents and students in our moderate/severe special education programs and our school busses during drop-off and pick-up each day.

EVERYONE else must park in the large parking lot when dropping off students in the morning and picking them up from school at the end of the day. We have a convenient student drop-off lane in the morning or you may park your car and walk your student to the gate. You must park your car in the large parking lot in a designated parking space when picking up your child at the end of the day. Your child will not be dismissed if you have not parked your car and walked up to the pick up area. This is for the safety of all our students and families. Please help us keep everyone safe.

School of Environmental Science

In 2021, Fryberger Elementary was awarded the Green Ribbon Schools award from the California Department of Education, and was recognized as a Green Achiever by the U.S. Department of Education.

What does this mean for your student? Students in each grade level receive project-based learning focusing on the Next Generation Science Standards and the Environmental Principles and Concepts. It is our mission to create environmentally responsible students across the curriculum. Our goal is to encourage critical thinking and real-world problem solving through student goal-setting, engineering and design, collaboration, and environmentally respectful practices. Please encourage your student when they discuss with you their ideas for protecting the natural earth around them.
