Weber School Newsletter
20th October 2022 - Term Four
Principal's Piece
Welcome to Term 4 2022 !!
As a staff we are excited about the term ahead, it is going to be a busy one!
We will be doing end of year assessments during the first half of the term as well as an athletic focus as we head towards both school and interschool competitions.
Our inquiry lens this term is looking at a variety of artists and the styles they adopt.
Pet day is on the 4 November and the information regarding this is below. I am looking forward to having my first one at Weber, fingers crossed for a sunny day!! No major changes since the last one we had onsite in 2020.
If you are available to help on the day we would appreciate some help with the Gumboot throw and Bake stall, please email me if you can. Thanks.
Please take note that some of the entries for Pet day need to be at school before Pet day ( Monday 31 Oct) so they can organised and judged. We will also have school photos available to view and order.
A reminder letter will also go out again next week.
HATS - a reminder that in term 4 all children are required to wear a sunhat, ideally left at school ! Also, as the sun intensifies, please do apply sunscreen at home before they come to school. If your child needs a new hat please contact Kirsty in the office.
Have a lovely week everyone and welcome back !
