I know you are excited to get started, so here are some great tips and first steps for you!
FIRST THINGS FIRST. WHAT PATH ARE YOU ON?
- LAUNCH PATH - You want to make a lot of money and be successful - you want to LAUNCH their business.
- SLOW AND STEADY PATH - You want to go at your own pace, not completely sure how committed you will be yet.
TASKS
We take your training very seriously so please know that your mentor is here for you and help you stay accountable to your goals.
Please schedule a call with your mentor to go over what those are as soon as you can. Ideally within 48 hours of signing up.
These tasks and your mentor's help will help you reach those goals and get you confident quickly! Please go over these tasks as you do them.
These tasks are meant to completed as you have time to fit them in, but within the first 2 weeks would be ideal! Many of these don't take much time at all but IF YOU DO THEM, YOUR BUSINESS WILL START STRONGER THAN IF YOU DON'T! Trust us!! You're excited right now, so start talking. Start sharing. Just start!
TASK 1: Connect to your personal WHY.
WHY did you choose to join Beautycounter? What resonated with you about our company, mission, products, and opportunity? What are you hoping Beautycounter will help you accomplish? What is your vision for what Beautycounter will bring to your life and/or do for your family? Personally? Professionally? Financially? Be specific. Do you pay for your kids’ hockey lessons or ballet class? Do you want to save for your kids’ college? Do you want to have extra income to take your dream vacation? Do you want to buy a home? What will you need to earn to get there. Whatever it is, big or small, have a clear vision of what you are hoping Beautycounter will do for you!
Extra To Do's
- Log into your virtual office at https://www.beautycounter.com/btc/
This is where you will find extra training and if you want to search for any
documents/flyers/information.
You will set up your pop ups here (left hand side-> Pop-Ups -> Dashboard -> Create a Pop-Up), place personal orders, and customer orders (Quick Order).
If you need to contact HQ, you will submit a support ticket here as well. Left hand side, scroll down to Counter Support.
- Facebook pages - I will take care of adding you to three FB pages: Beauty on a Mission - Team Page (my personal team page), and Team Mission and Moxie (our larger team page). Don't have a Facebook profile? I highly encourage you to create one even if it's just for the sole purpose of being able to join our groups.
