Virtual & Remote Attendance Directions

Please remember that virtual attendance is just as important as in-person attendance. Please ensure that your child is taking their attendance with the virtual attendance form by 9:00 am on their virtual learning days.

If your child does not take their attendance for the days they are learning at home, they will be marked absent for the day.

If your child can’t take their attendance by 9:00am for any reason please email me the reason and what time their attendance will be taken for that day.

If they will not be able to take their attendance at all for that day please email Mrs. Kruchten the reason why and she will let you know if further documentation is needed.

Here are some step by step instructions on

where to find the virtual attendance form.

1. Log in to your Chromebook

2. Open Google Chrome

3. Look all the way to the left of the bookmark bar

4. Click on the tab that says “MS Bookmark”

5. Click on “Attendance”

6. Fill out the form

7. Hit “submit”

If there are any other questions regarding virtual attendance please reach out to me. Hayley Kruchten

Phone: 585-728-3492
