The Porter Posse
You can still sign up to help with meals for Chris and Dani Porter. Here is the link to the Meal Train: https://www.mealtrain.com/trains/7lqqe9. You may bring the meal to carpool and we can send it with them. We will show our support by wearing our Porter Posse t-shirts on the following date:
Wednesday, May 23
If your student doesn’t have a t-shirt, they can wear black and/or pink. To find out how to help, you may call or text Kayla Knox, King's Gate mom, at 405.365.3825. Please keep the Porter family in your prayers.

Field Day & Amazing Race FUN!
Wow! We had a fabulous Wednesday! The King's Gate students had so much fun at Field Day and loved all the stations that Coach Barr planned for them. Thank you, Coach Barr, for planning such a fun afternoon! Also, thank you to all the parents who helped.
We also loved our Amazing Race and were thrilled that we were able to run outside! Thank you to all the parents who showed up to cheer on our students! We are humbled by the outpouring of support as our families raised over $37,887.

Thanks for the Love!
Jesus says, “Love one another as I love you,” in John 15:12. John 15:9-17 contains the powerful message of how we must love one another. I think about the agape love that is lived out in our King’s Gate family. Last week, the teachers were shown love in a variety of ways. The PTO and families who provided lunch for us and covered our lunch duty were deeply appreciated. To the families who gave us tokens of their appreciation, thank you. The students’ faces were full of love and excitement as they gave cards and gifts to their teachers. Your words of thanks and appreciation in the cards and spoken word are treasured. We are thankful for the opportunity to serve each of you. We recognize the sacrificial love our families demonstrate each day. For some, real sacrifices are made so that your child(ren) can attend King’s Gate. We recognize your efforts and we want our families to know that we don’t take for granted our calling of teaching your children. The kind of love that is shared among the King’s Gate family is the kind of love that GOD writes about and commands. How wonderful to be living out our faith in a real and meaningful way! Thank you for taking care of each of us! We love you and love serving you!
