PARCC and Computer Based Assessment

E2CCB: Integrated Education Services (IES)

Computer Based Assessment is coming! Are you ready?

This interactive session will engage participants in the sample PARCC assessments that are now available to deepen their understanding of what computer based testing might look like in New York State. In addition to deepening their understanding of the PARCC Assessment and interacting with the “live” test questions to understand the content/skill demands, participants will explore the PARCC Model Content Framework and evidence based design structure to reflect on their current implementation of the Common Core Learning Standards.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops and a sample of a current classroom assessment to revise and align to the Common Core Learning Standards and PARCC Evidence Tables during the session.
