May, June and July

Dear Team Fusion,

I would love for you all to get into the mindset of when you're doing your Daily 5 and booking pop ups, you are booking for 3 months. Just think... if the prospect said, "this month is too busy?" You could say, "no problem because I'm also booking the following two months." The most successful C+I team already has 66 bookings for May and 18 for June. They front load their business and by doing so, they can start planning ahead for the next few months. We need to start doing this! We have 20 pop ups on the books right now. In order to get to 60% of our goal before next week, we need to book another 50 by next week. I'm going to give you the tools on how to do this.


WEDNESDAY - Plan your own Preview Party
  • Plan to host an open house to showcase the new collection that launches on the 10th. Don't worry that some people just ordered from you during F&F last month. This is a preview party with a focus on securing future hostesses. Get them excited about our new non-jewelry product line AND of course the summer jewels and encourage them to host in May, June or July. If they want to order, GREAT! Push for hostess bookings.

THURSDAY - Renewals
  • Reach out to all past hosts from last year, especially those that hosted in April, May, June and July. Ask if they would host a "second annual" C+I party.

FRIDAY - Teachers

  • Do you know a teacher friend who loves the jewelry but is just too busy to host a pop up during the school year? Reach out to all your teacher friends and get a pop up on the books.

MONDAY - Fundraiser

  • Book a fundraiser for May, June and July. Reach out to someone who is passionate about an organization or who may sit on the board of an organization. Ideas include: Dreams Come True, k9s for Warriors, Hubbard House, Local Food Bank...
