Red Blood Cells
The Diaphragm extracts with you breathe in and out.
Alveolar it covered with capillaries the oxygen goes into the red blood cells. Then the blood stream carries oxygen to the body and the carbon dioxide catches a ride back to the lungs. Then the lungs pushes it out the body from the mouth and nose.
The Lungs
The lungs is where the main transport is where the oxygen gets drooped off and the carbon dioxide gets picked up and kicked out the body. the lungs squeezes out the carbon and inhales the oxygen.
