What is Amoeba?
Amoeba is a protozoan that is considered an animal-like protist because it moves and consumes its food. No amoeba looks the same under a microscope.

How does Amoeba move?
Amoeba has a pseudopodia. A pseudopodia, which means "false foot", iis a figurelike exstention that comes out of the cytoplasm.
But, Where does it Live?
Amoeba lives in ponds or puddles, and even in people.
Specialized Features
As I mentioned before, the psuedopod is very important. It helps the amoeba move and eat. Another important feature is that amoeba like to spend their time attached to the bottom of the plant
How they Connect to Humans
Sometimes amoeba gets inside a humans body. This can cause you to get sick. One sickness is dysentery
