ACA Pediatric Council Update
Submissions for DC2017
In 2017, NCLC will be a joint event between ACA, the World Federation of Chiropractic’s (WFC) 14th Biennial Congress, and the 24th Association of Chiropractic College’s Research Agenda Conference (ACC-RAC), and will be known as DC2017: IMPACT SPINAL HEALTH. ACA will be hosting DC2017 at the Washington Hilton in Washington DC, March 15-18, 2017. ACA is working closely with WFC and ACC to oversee logistical and financial management of the event.
Typically, ACA’s professional development committee oversees speaker selection for NCLC, however, for DC2017, the process will be different. A joint program planning committee has been formed to develop an agenda that includes a strong research and academic component, as well as clinical workshops. This includes track, speaker and session selection for poster presentations, keynotes, workshops and breakouts. This is a special, one-time event and in 2018, NCLC will return to the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill from March 1–4, 2018.
With that said, the scientific and workshop proposals submission process is now open. The links provided below will direct you to information about the process. If you are interested in submitting a proposal for consideration, please click the “submit your proposal to DC2017” link and you’ll be redirected to the submission site. The deadline for submissions is MONDAY, AUGUST 15, 2016. The more research we have the better.
We look forward to seeing you at DC2017 in March, 2017.
