What is the Skeletal system ?Your skeletal system is all of the bones in the body and the tissue,tendons,ligaments and cartilage that connect them.
What is Homeostasis?
Cells need conditions to work properly. They need food and oxygen and to have their waste taken away. If the body conditions were to change, cells would not be able to do their jobs. Homeostasis is the maintenance of a constant internal environment when outside conditions change. Responding to change allows all system to work properly
Two fun facts about Homeostasis
If one body does not work properly, other body systems can be affected. For example, body cells that do not get enough energy or nutrients cannot work properly.A lack of food harms many systems and may cause disease or even death.
Problems also occur if the boys message do not work, or they are not sent when they are needed. Many disease which affect homeostasis are hereditary
Three facts about the Skeletal system
Adults have 206 bones in their bodies, but the same is not true for infants.The skeleton of a newborn baby is approximate 300 different components,which are a mixture of bones and cartilage. The cartilage eventually solidifies into a bone in a process call ossification- for example the knee caps of a newborn starts off as cartilage and becomes bones in a few years
The hands and feet contains over half of the body's bones. Bones come in all shapes and sizes and are not distributes throughout the body. There are 27 bones and 26 bones in your foot.
Some people may have an extra rib that can cause to health issues.Most adults have 24 ribs (12 pairs), but about one in very 500 people has an extra rib, called a cervical rib. This rib witch grows from the base of the neck just above the collarbone,is not always fully formed- its sometimes just as think strand of tissue fibers.
How is Homeostasis and Skeletal alike and different?
Well that's a good question Skeletal system and Homeostasis are alike for one reason, and that reason is that they both help your body get new blood cell. For example the skeletal system helps maintain Homeostasis by producing new red blood cells as the old ones die off. It also helps maintain the level of calcium in the blood stream. Now they are different because they both have different things they do on their own what I mean by that I mean that they both do help you get new cells but the Skeletal system helps you move and Homeostasis helps you by keeping your systems in balance
The digestive system is made up of organs that break down food into protein,vitamins minerals, carbohydrates, and fats, which the body needs for energy, growth, and repair.After teh food is chewed and swallowed, it goes down the esophagus and enters the stomach, where it is further broken down by powerful stomach acid.
The circulatory system is the body's transport system. It is made up of a group of organs that transport blood throughout the body. The heart pumps the blood and the arteries and veins transport it. Oxygen-rich blood leaves the left side of the heart and enters the biggest artery, called the aorta.
The nervous system is made up of the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. One of the most important systems in your body is the nervous system.The nervous system sends,receives and processes nerve impulses throughout the body. These nerves impulses tell your muscles and organs what to do and how to respond to the environment

Since you are growing, you may find you are more hungry, or are hungry more often. This is perfectly normal, as long as you need the extra calories to grow. Here are the three main reasons that will help you remind you that eating healthy is the best choice to make for your diet.
Why should you eat healthy you may ask, Well do I have the answer, you have to eat healthy because you would not want to get sick and if you eat healthy than you will be happier. Another thing that you should know is that if you eat the same junk food everyday you can lead to being sick everyday. There are numerous disease caused by consuming unhealthy diet.In the process of not eating healthy. There is a disease called Kwashiokor is a disease caused by malnutrition or not eating healthy diet.This disease predominantly appears in areas that have suffers drought or famine, and it occurs when is not enough protein in person's diet.
What does Kwashiokor do to you?
Well good question Kwashiokor change in skin and hair color ( to a rust color) and texture
loss of muscles mass
failure to grow or gain weight
edema( swelling) of ankles, feet, and belly
damaged immune system, which can lead to more frequent and server infections
How do you Diagnose the disease your doctor will first examine you to check for an enlarged liver and swelling. Next, blood and urine tests may be ordered to measure the level of protein and sugar and blood.
Other tests may be performed on your blood urine to measure signs of malnutrition and lack of protein. These tests may look for muscle breakdown.

You do not really have to quit eating sweets, but in my opinion you should not eat these instead you should eat a granola bar that are really healthy for you. Now if you really like coke you should probably cut having coke and have a juice or milk by your side.Milk for breakfast and the juice for the whole day. And for all those people who love popcorn I would recommended that you eat low fat popcorn.
Remember,eating habits don't have to change all at once. You can gradually get rid of unhealthy foods and start eating them less.
If you want to eat healthy it is important to make healthy choices in what you eat all the time- meaning: meals and snacks.
For examples:foods with refines grains, such as white flower or refined wheat, have high amounts of starch that the body just stores away and doesn't use. try to eat more whole grains such as whole wheat (bread,etc), brown rice, and oats- which provide energy over a longer period of time after you eat them.
