Davisburg Dateline
March 24, 2017
Mrs. Kott's Korner
What an amazing time we had at the Family Dance! Thank you so much to our amazing PTC and the volunteers that worked to organize, decorate and put on such a fun event!
Did your child tell you that Bryan Chick, author of The Secret Zoo series, visited Davisburg this week? Mr. Chick told the students about how his ideas come from his imagination. He also explained the writing and illustration process. A few lucky students even won a copy of his first book! If your child is interested in purchasing any of the books from The Secret Zoo series, an order form should have come home. Mr. Chick will personalize and autograph the books before delivery. How cool is that?
Thank you for all of the ways you help to support your child’s education! From attending the Family Dance and being a “Mystery Reader” to making sure children are well rested and prepared for school, we are honored to be partners with you. When everyone works together toward a common goal, there are no limits to what can be accomplished. Davisburg is such an awesome place! I am so glad to be here!
Truly,
Denise KottSpring Break April 3-7, 2017
