Hey Centerview Families,
Here we are, jumping into the month of June! Yes!
Lots goin’ on the last six days of school. We’re finishing strong as we wrap up our content area learning and assess student progress. We also have plans for the Centerview grade level Olympics, Talent Shows and weather permitting, a 4th grade student vs. Centerview staff soccer game. It’ll be a balance of learning, celebration and fun!
While we’d love to have spectators, we will continue through the end of the school year with our health and safety measures. Therefore, neither the Olympics nor the soccer game can have spectators. We’ll take pictures and share them!
Trimester 3 report cards will be available beginning on Friday, June 11 and can be accessed through Campus Parent Portal. If you would like a paper copy, please notify your child’s teacher or the Centerview office.
Yes, we will enjoy the closing days of the 2020-21 school year. Our last day with students and staff together will be on Thursday, June 10. Staff will spend Friday, June 11 taking inventory of curricular resources and supplies, organizing building furniture and cleaning up learning spaces.
Give your student’s teacher or me a shout if you have any questions as we put closure to the school year.
Take care and enjoy the warm weather!
My best,
Mike

(Kindergarteners will have their event on Monday, June 7 with information coming from your teachers.)
- School resource return is June 7: Teachers are sharing an inventory list with families to help you identify school resources that need to be returned to school. Plan to return these resources on Monday, June 7 to Northpoint, Centerview and Park Terrace during one of three times – 7:30-8:30 a.m., 12-1 p.m., 5-6 p.m. Please choose a drop-off site and time that works best for your family.
