Helpful Resource
Many Students have started to receive letters from colleges regarding their admissions decisions. It can be a very exciting time but also an emotional time when the decisions are not what one hopes for. Here is a helpful article for students who may receive a Deferred answer.
Attention Seniors with January 1 deadlines
Attention Seniors - For those with deadlines after 1/1, please check in with your counselor and let us know where you stand and your deadlines. Use the break to finalize your essays and applications.
PSAT SCORES
PSAT Scores from October 2019 have been released. Counselor’s have gone into all Grade 10 and 11 classes at this point and have instructed the students how to create a College Board Account and link College Board to Kahn Academy. An email will be sent to parents with detailed instructions on this process and how to access the information.
Junior Planning - Family Night (Date TBD)
Please join the school counselor’s on Thursday, January 9th at 6:00 in the MRHS Auditorium. This presentation will start the conversation regarding the college planning process.
