- The Great Depression occcured around the 1930's to the mid 1940's
- The Great Depression originated from the U.S. making it really poor
- Became worlwide news that the stock market crashed on October 29th, 1929 known as Black Tuesday
- Unemployment in the U.S. rose to 25% and other countries rose to about 33%
- The U.S. was starting to recover and lasted until the end of World War 11
1929- The American stock market crashes with many people's money gone
Nov. 8, 1932- Pesident Roosevelt wins by a landslide against Herbert Hoover
Sep. 1, 1939- World War 11 begins and America enters war Jan.1 1941

President Franklin Roosevelt
Roosevelt
President Franklin Roosevelt was a great president to the people of this country. He did his best to help by recovering the United States. He created the new deal programs that would help the United States to recover. He lead the U.S. during WW11 and protected other countries from the axis powers. Pearl Harbor in Hawaii has been attacked by Japanese planes. Roosevelt declares war siding with France, Great Britian, and the Soviet Union. He didnt get to see that the allied powers won the war because he died. President Roosevelt was always remembered as a great president serving 12 years of presidency to the United States of America.
