Jane Ball Happenings
Week of September 22-September 26
Arrival and Dismissal
Thank you all for working hard to make the changes in the mornings for our arrival procedures. The goal is to improve transitions in the morning and improve use of instructional time. Just a little clarification, according to the student handbook class starts at 8:45. That means that students should be recorded as tardy if they are not in their seats by 8:45. We will give tardy slips at the office stating at 8:45, however you still need to mark students tardy regardless if they have a slip or not at 8:45.
Dismissal
Just a friendly reminder that ALL teachers should be escorting their students to the gym at dismissal. Teachers are required to guide their students to the proper location and help supervise until 3:25. If you have a conflict please let me know.
