Building a tradition of excellence one Bear at a time!

Ortega’s Oration

Dear Bryan High Community,

We are more than halfway through the first semester of this academic year in Bear Country. We are proud to report that 567 Bears earned a 3.0 or higher grade point average (GPA) and made Honor Roll for quarter one! We celebrate this large number of Bears but recognize our work is never complete until 100% of our Bears reach their full academic potential. In addition to the support your student is receiving in the classroom, our teachers are more than happy to work with your student 1:1 before school/after school, and we offer academic tutoring to all students every Tuesday and Thursday.

We are also excited to share with you that all juniors and seniors at Bryan Senior High School recently had an opportunity to visit with representatives from over 50 colleges and universities right here on campus. Give our school counselors a call and let us know what questions you have and how we can help your student with his/her post-secondary plan. Be sure to stay up to date with the monthly senior newsletters our counselors send to all senior families.

We appreciate your support in ensuring all our students attend school daily and are safe, respectful, and responsible.
