That's the Way We Have Always Done It

Have you ever said these words? Did you know they are the most dangerous words in a school system? Change is good. It's not easy, but it's good. If you are doing "things" this year solely because that's the way its always been done, I encourage you to consider if there is a better way. Be innovative. Let's take a step in the right direction this year and take a close look at our ways. Share your ideas! They are welcomed! Keep climbing the stairs and reaching for the bananas! September 15 is the anniversary of the independence of five Latin American countries: Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Mexico celebrates its independence on September 16 and Chile follows suit on September 18.
