Have you ever wondered where shrimp comes from, like who catches it, and how makes it? Well in Bangladesh children are forced to work for companies, to pay off their families dept. One of the places the children are sent to work at is shrimp industries. They catch them, clean them, and package them. Most of the time each shrimp cost about $0.01. Those children sell 1.2 billion Shrimp a year, and working 12 hours a day. The way the catch the shrimp, is with a net. They would throw a net in until it touches the ground. Them they pull it up and dump what ever shrimp they had into a bucket. They send the buckets if Shrimp to the cleaners. The cleaners sort, cut, and clean the shrimp. Some factory's you have to wear a mouth guard and gloves. Thousands of children are forced to work at shrimp industry's in Bangladesh, and none of them go to school. The average age of the children working there range from 5-17 year olds. Most of the children are immigrants that are brought in illegally, even kidnapped, from other countries. Almost all factories are unhealthy, dirty, messy, unsafe, and they are treated in a terrible way.
Biography
Two boys named Aziz, and Abdul. Aziz has to borrow money just so he can use land for shrimp. "The landowner charges me fifty percent interest."- Aziz
He collects baby shrimp for 3 months until they are full grown, and makes $0.13 per full grown shrimp. Abdul spends most of his day collecting shrimp for the shrimp farmer. He goes back and forth from the shore and the shrimp farmers.

How can you help?
How can you help stop child labor? Over three-hundred million kids are suffering from child labor. These children don't get to go to school, Like us, so who's going to help out. Well two organizations called Telenor and UNICEF are trying to help. They teamed up to fight against child labor. They help out by giving the children a second chance at school. The children get to be educated by them. I hope they both shut down child labor for good. ust imagine if that was you or your family that is forced to work for almost nothing a day. Bangladesh has the most industry's with children that are forced to work with them. What would you do to stop this?
