The Wolf Howl
Week of November 7-11, 2016
We have been busy here at the Home of the Wolf! Visitors from Leadership Grapevine stopped in on us yesterday and left thoroughly impressed. Kudos to you for being the BEST. Football and volleyball seasons have come to an end, while basketball and cross country seasons have begun. CTMS hosted our first Cross County meet yesterday and performed well. We have a very heart- warming salute planned for our Veterans today during ou annual Veterans Day program. Later on today teachers will guide students in their goal setting via Student PLPs. Tomorrow begins a new chapter in the legacy of CTMS, as we host our second First League Robotics Competition (scrimmage) at 8:00 am.
Next week we have field trips scheduled for our students to visit the University of North Texas in Denton, TX and the International Museum of Cultures in Fort Worth. Our Playbill will present to our students during Wolf Time on Monday and our Cross Country team will be highlighted in Friday's Pep Rally. Having said all of that, we are one week away from Thanksgiving Break. Our PTA will host our annual Thanksgiving staff luncheon on Thursday, 11/17.
